Cheesecake - No Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker crumbs (approx 8 sheets Graham Crackers)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Blueberry pie filling
  • Directions

    1. Process graham crackers in a food processor.
    2. Add melted butter and stir to combine.
    3. Line the bottom of the jars/glasses with graham crackers.
    4. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined.
    5. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks appear.
    6. Fold cream cheese and whipped cream together.
    7. Add filling to jars/glasses (about 2/3 full).
    8. Add pie filling on top of jars/glasses.
    9. Refrigerate for an hour or so.
    10. Serve.
